Elite Dropship Logistics exists to take the logistics pain out of drop shipping direct mail to US Post Offices — one platform for quotes, pickups, payments, and delivery confirmation.
Who We Are
Our system produces transportation quotes and transit times, schedules pickups, processes payment securely, and updates your shipment status automatically — so a mailing that used to take a morning of phone calls takes a few minutes at your desk.
We've negotiated partner pricing with the nation's leading ground and air transportation providers, which is how we deliver competitive rates alongside one of the strongest on-time records in the industry.
A free account unlocks the entire suite of web-based tools. Log in, choose your mailing's origin, destination Post Office, and total weight, and you'll instantly see service options and costs per office — with every SCF, DDU, RPDC, and NDC entry point available in a clean, fast entry form. Up to six mailings can be quoted at once.
Once quoted, same-day pickup is a few clicks away (request by 3:00 PM). Payment runs securely by eCheck or major credit card, and after pickup you can track the mailing online or have the system email you the moment it delivers to the Post Office. Every quote and live transaction is stored in your secure, searchable shipment history.
When the in-home date is non-negotiable, mailers call us. Deadline-critical campaign mail is what our network was built around.
Now offering BMEU direct-entry delivery and Mail Anywhere service for mailers who need flexible induction options.
Mail is our specialty, but the same carrier network moves palletized freight of every kind. Contact us for a fast freight quote.
The Concept
Drop shipment is a work-sharing program the USPS introduced in 1991: instead of handing your mail to your local Post Office and letting it ride the postal transportation network, a prepared Standard Mail job is transported privately and delivered straight to the destination Post Office. From there, the USPS processes it and delivers it to your recipients.
Mailers use it — often under the name zone skipping — for two reasons:
We've spent years refining the operational side of this concept — carrier selection, scheduling, documentation, and delivery appointments — and packaged it into a platform any mailer can use. For technical detail on USPS drop shipment requirements, see the USPS PostalPro resource center.
